Hi, if you are wanting to purchase the domain casualtyinsurance.biz it appears to be already registered. If you are interested in purchasing there are several ways to go about it including finding the contact information of the owner and sending them emails stating that you are interested. You can look up the contact info at who.is

Or there are services out there which you can pay a small fee and they will attempt to acquire the domain for you.
