Registering a .cc domain

Hi, I ordered a .cc domain and paid via echeck through paypal but when you look the domain up it still says it is available. Does this mean someone can register the domain that I ordered? And if so what happens if they do, do I get my money back?

Someone else registered the domain will I get the money back into paypal or prepay?

Since the eCheck is still pending we can cancel it, just send us an email.

Otherwise, the money will be deposited into your Dynadot account balance.
