There is no need for you to submit documents to pass the audit and get your domains resolved. But the Public Interest Registry (PIR) has worked closely with the global NGO community to develop a validation process for .NGO and .ONG registration. Please refer to the following link to know more about the .NGO & .ONG Domain Restrictions:

We also sent several emails regarding the validation. Please check the emails to make sure your domain meet their requirements and finish the validation.
