我在中国能注册.de后缀域名吗？

前几天我注册了几个.de域名，我目前还想注册一些，却提示Requires Admin in Germany，所以我想想我还能注册吗，我注册了之后转出或者出售有什么影响吗？

To register a .DE domain, you must have an admin contact in Germany. You would not qualify for a .DE domain registration if you don't have an admin contact.
