2 Domains register on 2007/09/03, however it's still in Need approval status and 1 of them steal by Godaddy

Hello,

I had register 2 Domains via Dynadot on 2007/09/03, however it's still in Need approval status and 1 of them already steal by Godaddy

May you please explain why there is a "Need approval" Status?

Also, Please refund me the account balance.

As mentioned in our WS Grace Delete forum post, the WS central registry processes grace deletions a little differently than other central registries:

Domains that are registered last month, but deleted this month, cannot be registered again until around the 7th of the month. This change is effective immediately.

You may see some of your WS domains registered in the beginning of the month in "Need Approval" status until the 7th of each month.
