add text to verify ownership for flippa

I have a domain that I want to list on flipp.com. They requested I add a string of characters into the txt section of DNS to prove ownership of the domain. I have done this but they can not see it. I have done this procedure several times for sedo.com without any problems.

Could you list the steps for adding a character string to txt at custom dns for verification of ownership.

Our records show all of your domains are using third party hosting provider's name servers, in this case, all settings are configured there so you will need to contact your hosting provider and ask them to add the TXT record to the name servers for you.
