Can't access sites since February 2016
2/29/2016 21:29
Greetings !

This is quite unfortunate that, Netigen's 6 hosted sites at Dynadot.com have been inactive since February 10, 2016. You should understand we are losing time and our clients and definitely you (Dynadot.com) are not gaining out of it. So please make sure all these sites are alive ASAP.

I also found the name servers for our domains (ns1.netigen.com & ns2.netigen.com) are also showing as 'Not Used'. Also having difficulties in paying the renewal fees for one of the sites.

Expecting your prompt and SMART response.

Thanks Sharif

You seem to be using third party name servers for your website. If your sites are down, you'll need to contact your host directly to determine why as the domain names are active in the Dynadot account. There is only one that is expired, which would explain why that particular site is down.

What kind of issues are you experiencing when you try to renew? There currently aren't any blocks on the domain preventing the renewal order from being created.

How do I renew my domain?

If you don't renew your domain, you risk losing it! To renew your domain, please follow these steps:

  1. Sign in to your Dynadot account.
  2. Select "My Domains" from the left-side menu bar and click "Manage Domains" in the drop-down.
  3. Check the box next to the domain name(s) you want to renew and click on the "Action" button.
  4. Choose "Renew" from the "Action" list.
  5. Click on the "Add to Cart" button. The item will be added to your shopping cart at the top right-hand corner of the page.
  6. Click on "View Cart".
  7. Click on the "Checkout" button to submit your order.

You can also renew your domain for multiple years.

If your domain has already expired, you may still be able to renew it during its grace renewal period. You can see how much time each domain extension offers for grace renewal on our TLD page.

If your domain is past its renewal grace period, you may still be able to restore your domain; however, this will be at a higher cost than a regular renewal.
