Changing Domain Account

Hi, when I try to change dynadot accounts for a domain, I get an error message stating that transfer could not be completed based on the username given. The username is valid and spelled correctly. I am pretty sure I need to use forum names, and just posted this message to confirm that there is a difference between account user and forum username.
