cname setting is not working

I tried to add my site to Baidu and Google search by adding cname. But after more than 24 hours, it still doesn't work. Please help.

Hi, at the moment your DNS settings are not set up properly. Please follow these steps to add your CNAME record to our DNS settings: https://www.dynadot.com/community/help/question/create-CNAME
In the target host field of your CNAME record please use “target.clickfunnels.com”
