Create 2d account for the domains

Hi,

I have several domains here, and I need to add one more admin/user account and assign them some domains: so they can pay, change etc for their domains. With godaddy there is an option: register an account XYZ, then transfer/move domain name from my own account to XYZ. How can I do the same here?
The problem that I've registered several domains for my friends, and now I want to give them login info here, but I don't want they do something with my own domains (they are not too experienced users)... Well, I hope my question is clear
