Creating a Sub Domain - www.bnbnewdelhi.com

Dear Sir,
I have a website <a href="http://www.bnbnewdelhi.com/"> Bed and Breakfast New Delhi</a> registered with dynadot. I will like a subdomain like blog.bnbnewdelhi.com

Please suggest how do i create one.

Create a new dns record on your domain nameserver.

Yes, that is true, but since your domains are using name servers, a_b_new_delhi_in, you'll need to create your subdomain with your web host.
