If you have a web hosting package for this domain with GoDaddy, they will give you name servers you can use.  If you just want to forward, or redirect, the page to another URL, you can set up forwarding.  I'll include instructions to both below.

https://www.dynadot.com/community/help/question/set-name-servers?

How do I set my name servers for my domain?

To set your name servers, please follow these steps:

  1. Sign in to your Dynadot account.
  2. Select "My Domains" from the left-side menu bar and click "Manage Domains" in the drop-down.
  3. Check the box next to your domain name(s) and click on the "Action" button.
  4. Choose "DNS Settings" from the "Action" list.
  5. On the DNS page, select the "Name Servers" setting from the top drop-down menu.
  6. There are two ways to set name servers:
    - If you are adding new name servers, select "Enter new or existing Name Servers" from your list of choices and enter your new name servers in the provided fields.
    - If you are using existing name servers, move down to the "Select from your Name Servers" option and choose the name servers from your existing list.
  7. Press the "Save Name Server" button to save your changes.

Please be aware that it might take some time for your name server changes to propagate.

Alternatively, you can also set your Name Servers when transferring your domain. To do so, while your item is in the cart, please click on the hardware icon. It will prompt you through a short two step wizard and guide you through the set up process.

How do I set up domain forwarding?

What is domain forwarding?

Domain forwarding is the process of redirecting a website visitor to another domain name prior to the initial webpage loading. This will prevent the user from visiting the original URL destination, and will instead forward them to a specified web address.

To set up domain forwarding on any of your domain names, please follow these steps:

  5. On the DNS page, select the "Dynadot Forwarding" setting from the top drop-down menu.
  6. Enter the URL of the page you wish to forward to, following the format of the example given.
  7. Press the "Forward Domain" button to save your changes.

Please be aware that it might take some time for your name server changes to propagate.

Thanks for the clarification!

If you have your domain with GoDaddy and hosting with us, you would set your name servers to ns100.dynadot.com and ns101.dynadot.com.  You would then want to add your domain to your cPanel account.  Most users create an add-on:

You can skip the first part since the domain isn't at Dynadot and follow the instructions for your cPanel account.

If you want to add a domain which is registered elsewhere to your Advanced Hosting plan with us, you would add the domain as an add-on in cPanel.  First though, the domain would need to be se tot our Advanced Hosting name servers:
ns100.dynadot.com and ns101.dynadot.com.

I hope that is what you were looking for.   :)
