I can't figure out why my domain won't connect with www.severedcraft.com it will only connect with severedcraft.com any help on how to get it to connect with www.?

What instructions has your host provided on how to connect the domain to your webspace?  Currently, you have different records set up on each version of your domain, www and non-www.  Is that the set-up they recommend?
