Domain registrar not replying

I have a domain with a very small domain registrar, who's site says they are a Nominet Channel Partner. Despite using their online form twice, their email address and also a phone call, they aren't replying.

I would like to transfer my domain to my dynadot account, but what can I do if they won't reply? What is considered a reasonable time-frame for them to reply?

I've used Nominet live chat to fix this, paying a £10 + vat fee.

Hi there, I'm sorry to hear you're having issues with another Registrar!
We would be happy to help you transfer the domain, however, you will need access to the domain to prepare it for a transfer.
For .co.uk or .uk domains, you simply need to change the IPS tag to DYNADOT.
