I've transferred my domain FROM dynadot to Labina Hosting after I've experienced disastrous customer service from dynadot. It has been more than eight hours yet there is no change in status.
Are you trying to do the same silent treatment and forcing me to wait for weeks or this is a normal procedure?
Our system hasn't been notified of your transfer request. Once it has, you'll receive en email to authorize the transfer and it will move away from our system shortly after that.
We aren't intentionally ignoring you. Our online chat, phone and email support are readily available during business hours. If the matter is urgent, you can try one of those rather than the forums.
