Domain transfer not done but account debited

Pleas ei have initiated this domain transfer on the 9th of july 2014 and paid via paypal. But till date the transfer was not domne and my account is debited.

I cant see the domain in my control panel.

Your transfer order was cancelled since you didn't authorize it in a timely manner. The refund was sent to you balance by default. You're welcome to submit a new transfer order and use the balance as payment during checkout. If you do submit a new transfer order, please be sure to look out for the authorization email that will be sent to the Registrant Whois email address.
