Domain transfer problem

Hi, I want to transfer a domain to my Dynadot account but when I did all the steps required the domain (on the other registar) was with Privacy on so the transfer failed. Now the Privacy was removed and also is not blocked but in my pending transfers appears like "failed, order still processing" How can I "force" the transfer proccess again since all is ok now on the other side for transfer? Thanks in advance.

If the transfer failed, you would need to submit a new order.
