If you are the recipient of the domain, then you can accept the domain in your account area control panel. When you click the "yes" I accept button, the domain will be moved into your account within half an hour.

If the domain is being moved out of your account, then you can click on the order link in the "Open Orders" box to check the status of the push. The result would be either none, authorized, or owner changed.
