You would not be able to use the webmail link because your domain is not using our 'Dynadot Hosting' setting. You can access your email through your Dynadot account, or set up an email client to access from your desktop.

How do I access my domain email in my Email plan?

To access your domain email with your Email plan, please follow these steps:

  1. Sign in to your Dynadot account.
  2. Select the "My Emails" tab in the main menu.
  3. Click on the "Sign In" link at the right side of the email plan. A new page should load in a new browser window.

What are the POP3, SMTP, and/or IMAP settings for my domain email in your Email plan?

POP3 (Post Office Protocol version 3): This protocol is used for receiving emails from a mail server to your email client (like Outlook, Gmail, etc.).

SMTP (Simple Mail Transfer Protocol): SMTP is used for sending emails from your email client to a mail server.

IMAP (Internet Message Access Protocol): IMAP is used for accessing emails stored on a mail server from multiple devices.

Different email clients have their configurations; thus, it is first required to clarify which of the above settings should be set up and then retrieve the email settings.

To access your POP3, SMTP, or IMAP settings in the Pro version of our email service, please follow these steps:

  1. Sign in to your Dynadot account.
  2. Select "My Emails" from the left-side menu bar.
  3. Select "Sign In". A new page should load in a new browser window.
  4. Choose the email account you want under the Mailboxes section, located in the bottom left corner of the screen.
  5. Click on the Gear icon (General Settings) at the top of the left-side menu bar.
  6. Look for the "Remote Access" box. To enable POP or IMAP access, toggle "Remote Access Enabled" on.
  7. Press the "Save" button to save your changes.

Now this email account can be accessed by POP, SMTP, or IMAP. In order to complete the configuration also please make sure that "Remote access" is enabled. The toggle is located above the POP, SMTP, and IMAP settings.
