I'm hosted by you and have just transferred my domain to you as well (fingerflip.ca) but my email is not working. The DNS are still pointing to dynadot servers so I have no idea why my domain is down.
Your settings have been switched from manually entering our name servers to the Basic Hosting plan setting. Give it some time to update and try testing the email again. If you continue to have issues, please let us know of any error messages or failure notices you receive.
