Email forwarding is not working

Hi,

I tried to set up the email forwarding for my domain, but received the warning,

"When the Domain Record is set to CNAME, MX Records or Email Forwarding is not allowed."

I did set up cname in DNS settings to submit my website to search engines. In that case, I won't be able to use the email forwarding function? How can I resolve this?

Please help!

Hello,

That is correct. When the first domain record is a CNAME, MX Records of Email Forwarding cannot be used.
However, we do have a workaround for this. Please follow these steps:
