Error when trying to add my domain on a new server

Error: No Admin Email found for no-sry.net. This occurs for some domain name registrars. Please create a support ticket so that we can add your domain manually.

This is on Softlayer. Me and my friend are using the same server and it's under his name while the domain is under mine, would this conflict? Because my email is already in the contact information.

If that error message is referring to the whois admin email contact, that email address is displayed. It may be that there system was unable to automatically determine the admin email from the whois info. But that's just a guess.

You can probably contact Softlayer for the answer to your question.
