I have 2 gTLD verification emails due (I moved), but they are not in any of my email accounts. Have checked junk filters on system and at host - not there. What is my next step to get this resolved????
Our system has sent the verification emails to you the last few days and none have bounced back to us yet. One will be titled "Contact Record Whois Verification" for your Whois contact record and the second will be "Account Info Verification" for your Dynadot account information. Both are being sent to the email address associated with the account and coming from our email [email protected]. Perhaps you can try whitelisting our email address.
