Help with redirection
6/18/2007 14:10
When i use the stealth forwarding solution offered by dynadot, my website shows corectly, but i have no metas and other stuff. I want to do exactly what the stealth forwarding does, but to show the actual source of my files when i access my domain name.

That wouldn't be possible with the stealth forwarding. An html frame is used to display the page, so viewing the source would just show the frame source code, not the source code of the src url in the frame.

Ok, i want to redirect it using the .htaccess file. What should that file look like ?
When i access http://www.mydomainname.net i want to show http://www.othersite.com/folder , but without the visitors knowing this ... Can you help ?

Sorry, don't know how to create an .htaccess file for that. Also we don't support using an .htaccess file if we are the web host.
