I have issued a request to "transfer out" a domain via the new Registrar. Not seeing it.

I issued a transfer order for the domain I have on Dynadot.  I have not seen any email coming from Dynadot that should be coming (as I read on https://www.dynadot.com/community/help/question/transfer-away )

I can't see that I can contact you directly on this subject.

Please help.

There is only one domain in your account and no transfer order for it has been created for the few days. Your new registrar will be sending an email to your registrant email address to confirm the transfer. Here are the process of a domain transfer:

Once you authorize the transfer, we will process your order mannally. Please note that transfers can take anywhere from 5-15 days, depending on how fast each step can be completed.
