its Urgent Please!

Hello,
my website was working perfectly,until yesterday it became unavailable,the name servers are no long pointing to my hosting website.i tried to fix the name servers in your control panel.it worked just for few seconds and stopped working again.please i need it resolved urgently.
Below are the details;

domain: www.onlinassist.com
name servers:
ns1.main-hosting.com
ns2.main-hosting.com
ns3.main-hosting.com
ns4.main-hosting.com

i've emailed you but still havent gotten any reply. i whois the domain,it shows client hold,i wonder. please resolve these issues.
