I am trying to setup an email server on a windows server, but when I am sending email to my domain it doesn't appear in my mailbox. So I used NSLOOKUP to find out where my email is going and it says that email is going to 204.236.239.5 which is not the email address of my server but the address of one of your servers. How can I get my mail to my server??

It looks like you used to have email forwarding set up.  If you recently made the switch to your MX records, it could just be a propagation delay.  Your MX set up looks correct, so you should receive email with your new email host soon.
