I need to change the email address on my account, the one there is no longer valid. When I try to do this, it says my account is locked, and to unlock it I need to reset my birthday. When I try to reset my birthday, it says a birthday reset request has already been sent, and no further action is possible. How can I change the email address on my account now please?
It looks like our account managers were able to reset the birthdate on your account this morning. You would now be able to use that to update your account information by following the steps in our guide here:
