Newbie Question - Change O wner

I have just registered a name for my daughter-in-law and had to set up an account on dynadot first. Having gone through the process when I now look on whois I see my details as the name owner. Is it possible to change the named owner of the domain name to my daughter-in-law? Also, the domain status is pendingVerification - is this temporary or do I have to do something else? The ROID is 20160321s10011s86664206-cn. Many thanks.

Yes, you can change the whois informatioin for your domain. Here are the instructions:
https://www.dynadot.com/community/help/question/edit-contact-records

For the gTLD verification, it is required by ICANN, you domain will not be modified 15 days after the email. So please use the link in the email to complete the verification. You can ask the resend of the verification email by following these instructions:
https://www.dynadot.com/community/help/question/whois_verification_email_req
