Newly created private nameservers are not working

I just created two new nameserver. one is: ns3.saifulislam.info and another: ns4.saifulislam.info
But when i'm going to query for the nameserver on this site: http://network-tools.com/default.asp?prog=express&host=ns3.saifulislam.info
It is saying that "ns3.saifulislam.info does not exist in the DNS"

I had 2 more nameserver created months ago. and they are working fine.
ns1.saifulislam.info
ns2.saifulislam.info

Any information or help will greatly appreciate.

When using custom name servers, you'll also need to create the needed 'A' records on your server. The name servers are registered with us, but created on your server or VPS.
