No news from my Domain transfer

Hi

I requested a domain transfert much more than 6  days ago
I share the auth. code
The current owner told me by email he confirmed the transfer

But i 've had no news eversince
The domain appears in my order log  but not in the account summary

=> Could you pls tell me where i can check the status
=> Is there anything wrong to explain the transfer has not been made
