on an account change, will the domain be locked for the recipient?

Hi,

I want to push a domain to my friend, Pete. When Pete receives the domain, will he be able to transfer the domain to another registrar right away? Or will he have to wait for 60 days?

The question was resolved in support chat. No hold is placed on a domain pushed to another account unless the domain is newly registered or transferred in.
