I created a new account last week and initiated the transfer of 3 existing domain names from another registrar. Two of the names transferred successfully, but the 3rd was inexplicably "cancelled" (with a refund issued by Dynadot) and I have no idea why. The domain no longer shows up in my account in the old registrar, and whois shows Dynadot as the current registrar. Help?
We did not cancel the transfer, but there were some Registry errors which prevented it from completing successfully. We have been working on the issue and will have the domain in your account soon.
