Our records show the order is still waiting for payment. We were experiencing some issues with Alipay yesterday, but it should be resolved now. Please try signing in now and submitting payment. Also, Alipay gives you two options to pay. We do not accept the escrow payments, so please be sure to choose direct payment option.

When using aliplay, please be sure to select the 'Direct Pay' option as we cannot accept payments using the 'Default Escrow' method. If you have already paid using the escrow method, please request a refund through your alipay account and resubmit payment using direct pay.
