I bought at the same time a .com and a .ca domain. I have since the notification "Pending order problem", but the .com seem to work fine. I have no idea how to complete the .ca order since there is absolutely not errors shown or buttons to retry.
The CA central registry requires additional information to register CA domains. These settings will be used by your default registrant contact record.
To set up your .CA Registrant settings please follow the steps below:
1. Log into your Dynadot account. 2. Select "TLD Settings" from the "Domains" drop-down menu. 3. Click on the "CA Domain Settings" link in the box in the right column. 4. Enter in your .CA Registrant information here.
I did that, but after the order was complete since there was an error. But I still can't complete the order for the .CA domain. I paid, yet it's still available for sale and there is no way to fully complete the order... That is since last May.
