problem when buying ssl certificate, after payment he told me that the status is: problem

Your SSL common name is invalid. The order will be cancelled and refunded to your account balance shortly. You need to list an actual domain name. Right now, you only have "domain" when it should be "domain.com" as an example.

You can order a new SSL certificate for the correct common name and use your balance as payment during checkout.
