Problem with accepting pushed domain [Staff plz help]

Hello,

I received 4 domains from my friend. When I open the account it give me the notification, I selected all yes to accept the domains. I got 3 domains in my account but one domain is not there in my account. I cant find it anywhere.

I asked my friend he says that the domain already have a change account request. I even try to initiate the domain pull request but even that says that domain already have change account request.

Please check my account and let me know how can I accept that domain.
