Problem with naeservers and forwarding

I just changed my nameservers back to dynadot and am trying to forward a domain. However, now I am getting this message: It appears that you are using our name servers, but you haven't selected a service. Please do so below.        

How do I select a service? I see no option to do this?

I found this page by googling the error message.  After a live chat with support I discovered the answer so I figured I'd share it.

Don't select Dynadot name servers in the Name Servers tab. If you did, clear them out. Then go to the DNS tab and hit "Save DNS" at the bottom to activate it.
