Some crazy problems with my domain and subdomain

Hello,
I have a domain from Dynadot , almost 12 hours of daytime i have problems with my domain and subdomains. Sometimes my domain doesnt load and sometimes some of the subdomains do not work. I dont know whats happend with this. actually my subdomains work more oftern that my domain ? Where can be the problem and what i can do ? I have contact my host provider but everything look to work for him . What can i do now ?

Your web hosts name servers appear to be misconfigured. They shouldn't be referencing our name servers. You can see the name server results by doing an IP lookup with the details checkbox checked.

How do I access the IP lookup tool?
