Subdomain portfolio

Hello,
I am sorry, I have a question. I have domain lifeinstreets.com, I need make subdomain portfolio.lifeinstreets.com. In main domain lifeinstreets.com I need install wordpress (how to arrange the database?) and subdomain portfolio.... I need redirect to service 500px (this is no problem). And question is how to set up DNS in dynadot?

You are currently using third party name servers. In this case, you would need to set up the subdomains with your hosting provider. If you switch your settings from name servers to DNS, your name servers will be inactive and your website and/or email will be offline.
