Subdomains not correct in Dig or NsLookup queries
8/26/2013 08:30
We have added a new web server and want to use it for a development subdomain.  dynadot name servers are being used for DNS.  Yesterday we added entries for a couple of sub domains using A records to point to the new IP addresses, but as of today, nothing has changed.  All subdomains go to the IP specified in the domain address record.  Why isn't this working?

I was having this issue too.

I was trying to verify my domain for Google apps by adding a sub domain CNAME entry. This did not appear at all, even after 12+ hours.

I ended up using a different method for verification.

This definitely suggests that there's something wrong with the Dynadot DNS system.

I'm now waiting for our MX entries to propagate. We have a TTL of 10 mins and it's been 2+ hours with no change :(

Still no propagation of MX records, no support either. It was offline most of yesterday, and now it's busy :(

I'm not having a very good experience with Dynadot right now.

I'm sorry to hear you were unable to reach us when you needed support.  Are either of you still having trouble with propagation?
