Transfer failed, dynadot still shows 'initiated'

Hello,
My transfer failed due to my current registrar denying it (an error on my part) and need to re-order my transfer.  When will my account be credited so I may restart?

Appears to have automatically credited it the same day.  Not sure why it was slow.

Looks like the order completed just after we received notification of the denial.  With transfer orders, communication between Registrars is channeled through the Central Registry.  That may have been the reason you saw a delay.
