I cant open my control panel:

The filesystem mounted at / on this server is running out of disk space. cPanel operations have been temporarily suspended to prevent something bad from happening. Please ask your system admin to remove any files not in use on that partition.



and all my photos are gone!

We apologize for the trouble.  We are addressing the space issue on Kiwi now.  There have been some ups and downs, but none of your data will be lost.  We expect this issue to be resolved completely in the next 24 hours.

Would you be able to email us at [email protected] regarding this issue?  We've poked around and it looks like these files are indeed missing.  In this case rather than try to rebuild the potentially corrupt files we'd like to suggest that we restore the files from backup.
