why the result is need approval

Hi, I just create an account and bought a domain, i paid by paypal but after that i don't see my domain in the list and in the order page it's still marked "processing" and "result Need Approval" What is this, i'm new to dynadot and don't understand what happened;
sorry for i copied this article from others because of my poor english.

Looks like you just needed to complete the verification. You should be all set for future orders.
