wrong backorder request to delete backorder?

I did not want to accidentally backorder a domain name, now I can not delete my account.

If the backorder is still pending, you can delete it by following the steps below.  

How do I remove a backorder request for a pending delete domain?

You should be able to remove a backorder request on a pending delete domain in our drop catch as long as the domain has not yet dropped.

To remove a backorder request for a pending delete domain, please follow these steps:

  1. Sign in to your Dynadot account.
  2. Select "Aftermarket" from the left-side menu bar and click "Backorder Requests" from the drop-down.
  3. Check the box next to the domain name(s) you wish to cancel.
  4. Press the "Delete Request" button to cancel your backorder request.

Please note that when you placed your backorder, you agreed to pay for it. Any backorder requests that you do not remove will require payment or you risk being banned from our auctions.
