I just bought hosting but it has www.www. twice infront of the domain.

When you enter your domain name on the hosting order page, you do not need to include the www. In fact, our system will give you an error and prompt you to remove the www in every other case I've seen. We're still looking into why your order was accepted at all.

In the meantime, as discussed by email, this hosting package has been deleted and your payment refunded.
