Can't you provide a bit more detail and an image where the subdomain name is not cut off?
A couple of examples wouldn't hurt either.

6: Enter the Service and Protocol values together in the subdomain box. Add a period between the two.
7: In the "IP Address or Target Host" field, enter in the Priority, Weight, Port and Target. Only add one space in between each value.
