Amount not added to Prepay balance even after successful payment using Credit Card

Hi,
I have added prepaid 11$ using Credit Card but the order status is showing "result Need Approval" even after waiting 5 hours.
Please process my order ASAP i have to use this amount in purchasing a domain i won today in auction. Now i have only 47 hours left for payment.
