Cannot pay by account balance when my account balance have enough money

Dear Dynadot Support Team,

I have paid the ¥209.90 for (order 3814448) by  Account Balance many times.
But now why the system still cannot pay !!!!!!!

Just as last time for the other orders ,I have paid by Account Balance many times.But the system cannot pay .so I contact the online service , the service person help to pay ,so finish the order . But this time ,I have paid many times by Account Balance .It still cannot pay by system ,I want to contact online service .but it is offline. So please check my operation log ( I have paid by Account Balance) .I think it is a big bug in your system :I click "pay by Account Balance" ,but it  cannot pay  when my account balance have enough money  .

But now I cannot pay  in time, the order has been cancelled!!!! please help....

So please check and give me a reply.
