Card payment processed a week ago but no Account balance showed up????

These are the transactions I have on my card:

2013/01/02 15:42 $70.00 card Visa ...9153 2012678
2013/01/02 15:54 $131.25 card Visa ...9153 2012689
2013/01/02 16:01 $97.75 card Visa ...9153 2012690

That $97.75 was a prepay for the account and had been charged but I don't see the money yet in my account balance for a week!!!!

That order was never verified and was subsequently cancelled and refunded by our fraud-prevention department. All of our emails to you regarding the order bounced, so you may want to verify the address you have on file with us. It might need to be updated.
